What our volunteers say

Volunteering with UWRA gave me the opportunity to apply my research skills in a real‑world setting. I contributed to a study on maternal health that directly influenced county policy. It was an incredibly rewarding experience.
— Grace M., Research Volunteer
As a communications volunteer, I helped create infographics and social media content that made complex research accessible to communities. I learned so much about knowledge translation and built a portfolio that boosted my career.
